The culinary expert who cooked for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle at their wedding will before long be opening a café in Sydney.

Clare Smyth is a protege of Gordon Ramsay and ran his three Michelin star resturant in London.

In 2018 she was named the world’s best female culinary specialist a year in the wake of opening her own café Core, in Notting Hill, in London.

Smyth now intends to open an eatery in the Crown advancement in Barangaroo in December.
